At BEASTPOWERGEAR, we aim to deliver your gym and fitness accessories safely and quickly.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available on orders over $29.90.

For orders under $29.90, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply and will be shown at checkout.

BEASTPOWERGEAR covers the original one-way delivery cost for eligible orders.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, if available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. BEASTPOWERGEAR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help. For damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
